PERFECT MOCHA FRAPPÉ
MADE USING THE VITAMIX ASCENT SERIES A3500
2/3 CUP COCONUT MILK
1/4 CUP DOUBLE STRENGTH COFFEE
4 TBS PURE MAPLE SYRUP
1 TSP VANILLA EXTRACT OR VANILLA BEAN EXTRACT
1/8 TSP GROUND CINNAMON.
2 TBS PREMIUM CHOCOLATE SAUCE
1 TSP AVOCADO
2 CUPS ICE CUBES
Place everything in the Vitamix blender (or other power blender) in the order
listed. Press START and quickly ramp up to the highest speed.
Blend time should be no more than 25 seconds.
NOTE: It's important to use the proper amount of ice based on the amount
of liquid in order to achieve the thick slushy texture.
Garnish with non-dairy whipped topping. Suggestion. Use a 16oz can of full fat coconut milk (extra thick or firm). Place into the Vitamix wet container. Add 3 TBS of powdered sugar and 2 TSP of vanilla extract. Quickly ramp up the speed to the highest and use the tamper to assist at getting the cream down to the blades. Should whip in about 15 seconds.
Add chocolate shavings on top.
