1/4 Cup White Wine Vinegar

1 Tablespoon Honey Or Agave Nectar

1 Medium Orange, Peeled, Halved, Seeded

1/2 Lime, Peeled, Halved

1 Tablespoon Chopped Green Onion

1 Tablespoon Chopped Fresh Ginger

1/2 Teaspoon Salt

1/2 Cup 120 ml) Canola Oil

1/4 (60 ml) Olive Oil

2 Teaspoon Sesame Oil

1/4 Cup (5 g) Fresh Cilantro Leaves

Directions 

(1) Place vinegar, honey, orange, lime, onion, ginger and salt into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid

(2) Select Variable speed 1

(3) Switch machine to Start and slowly increase speed to Variable 4

(4) Blend for 20 seconds. Reduce speed to Variable 1 and remove the lid plug

(5) Slowly add oils in a thin stream through the lid plug opening. Add parsley and cilantro. Blend for 10 seconds.
