1 Cup (240 g) Sour Cream

1 Cup (240 g) Plain Greek-Style Yogurt

1 Cup (60 g) Fresh Parsley Leaves, Washed, Dried

1/4 (24 g) Lime Peel

1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce

2 Garlic Cloves, Peeled

1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cumin

1/2 Teaspoon Salt

1/4 Teaspoon Chili Powder

1/4 Teaspoon Onion Powder

1/4 Teaspoon Paprika

1/8 Teaspoon Freshly Cracked Black Pepper

3 Dashes of Cayenne Pepper, Or To Taste

Directions 

(1) Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid

(2) Select Variable speed 1

(3) Switch machine to Start and slowly increase speed to Variable 10

(4) Blend for 20 to 25 seconds or until smooth

(5) Refrigerate leftovers
