APPLE PEAR PURÉE BABY FOOD

CREATED USING THE VITAMIX ASCENT SERIES A3500 AND THE 8OZ BLENDING BOWL

STEAMING DIRECTIONS: Steam peeled Apples and Pears using 1/2 cup of filtered water before hand for 10 minutes.

Preparation:

2-1/2 oz PEAR (medium size, any type, rough chop)

2-1/2 oz APPLE (medium size, any type, rough chop)

2TBS STEAMING LIQUID (from steaming pears and apples)

1/8 TSP FRESH GROUND CINNAMON

Use Dips and Spreads program or slowly ramp up to the highest speed and blend for 60 seconds.
